Let’s start Spring with a simple classic like a Strawberry Banana Smoothie and make it more indulgent without any bad calories. Greek yogurt seems to be a common staple in households around and if it’s not it’s at least easy to get at the store both in single servings and in large containers. Same goes for almond milk. A great alternative to milk for those who are watching their calorie intake or have lactose intolerance. So I used these two easy to find ingredients to make a creamy smoothie. This really does help ease the crave for a sweet pastry breakfast by tasting like a dessert. But it’s healthy! If you’re anything like me and can’t hang with the heavy breakfasts then this will work perfect for you. Even if you’re about to hit the gym.

1 banana, peeled & chopped
15 strawberries, tops sliced off
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk (about a splash)
Place all of the ingredients into your blender until everything is smooth.
