I’m Jennifer from Los Angeles, CA a Naturopath of ten years. I recently moved to the greater Nashville, TN area; I’m a lover of all kinds of food, I have a soft spot for handicap animals and a passion for helping others.
A dietary lifestyle of whole foods from nature is a big foundation to Naturopathy. Which works great with my mission: healthy cooking doesn’t have to be difficult or time consuming. I have loved cooking since I was a little girl when my Father would pull up a chair to the stove so I could cook for us. Still to this day one of my biggest joys is to cook for others, share how I do it and help them discover the simplicity in living a healthy lifestyle by way of moderation. Creating this food blog seemed to be the perfect platform for me to store my recipes all the while share with friends, family and anyone else in the world that loves to cook.
The food you find here is a combination of my family recipes, some creations inspired from my travels, my personal taste both healthy as well as indulgent. Each recipe is intended to make your cooking experience easy and to also encourage you to add your own taste to make it yours. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
